01 / EXISTING CONDITIONS
An informed starting point.
Survey the building conditions, review available drawings and identify points that need confirmation before defining quantities and proposed work. This makes the basis of the proposal visible.
FACTORY REFURBISHMENT · HANOI REGION
D&C Vietnam welcomes inquiries for building repairs, refurbishment and upgrades at factories in Hanoi and nearby areas. Each proposal starts with the existing premises, the intended use and the conditions for accessing the work areas.

Space for the next stage of business.
IMPROVING EXISTING PREMISES
A change in use or an upgrade to working areas needs to be considered alongside the factory’s existing activities. D&C approaches each area through a defined building scope, giving the investor a basis for evaluating the proposal and arranging coordination with the operating team.
01 / EXISTING CONDITIONS
Survey the building conditions, review available drawings and identify points that need confirmation before defining quantities and proposed work. This makes the basis of the proposal visible.
02 / DEFINED SCOPE
Describe the areas, materials and intended outcomes so the investor can review the solution, cost basis and coordination responsibilities. A defined scope supports a more useful comparison of proposals.
03 / OPERATIONAL INTERFACES
Organise the works around agreed access areas, handover milestones and production windows discussed with the factory team. The work sequence must reflect the premises that are actually available.
REFURBISHMENT SCOPE
01 / SURVEY
Record the proposed work areas and relate findings to the documents supplied by the investor. Identify missing information and the need for further surveys or specialist assessment before setting the scope.
02 / REPAIRS & UPGRADES
Discuss building repairs, finishing or changes to the arrangement of space against the intended use. Proposed quantities and material requirements form part of the project-specific proposal.
03 / TECHNICAL INTERFACES
Clarify boundaries with equipment, utility routes and areas that remain in use. Identify who carries out each task, who checks it and who authorises access to the affected area.
Structural, MEP, fire protection and other specialist works require individual assessment and confirmation in the proposed scope.
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
The refurbishment plan needs to reflect the factory’s actual conditions. Access areas, timing and coordination interfaces are agreed before the works proceed.
01 / PHASING & ACCESS
Agree the released areas, access routes and working windows with the factory contact. Discuss expected production impacts, protection of existing premises and conditions for stopping work as part of the plan.
02 / INSPECTION & CHANGES
Confirm materials and inspection requirements against the applicable documents. Record the effects of changes on quantities, cost and time for the investor’s review before the changed work is carried out.
03 / HANDOVER
Agree the acceptance records, handover documents and outstanding items. Responsibilities for follow-up work are defined by the agreed scope and contract, providing a clear reference at completion.
START WITH THE ACTUAL REQUIREMENT
Share the location, intended improvements and target timing. Existing drawings or photographs help D&C discuss the survey scope and the next step for the project.
